About Me:

From Her With Pain

I'm just a girl who broke down one too many times and realized that silence was never going to save me.

I've lived through PMDD episodes that stole my identity, family dynamics that made me feel like the problem, and grief that never got the dignity and closure. I've been the black sheep, the cycle breaker, the girl who tried to be small just to be loved--and the woman who finally stopped apologizing for being too much.

Here I share soft words and harsh truths.

  • You'll find Letters for the Black Sheep
  • Stories from grief that still echoes
  • Tools that helped me survive PMDD
  • Notes on Narcissistic abuse and emotional recovery
  • And quiet reminders that you're not alone

I don't have all the answers. But I do have a heart that sees what most people ignore. I build space so you wouldn't have to translate your pain anymore.

You're safe here.

You're not too much.

And you're not the only one.
